Build Something That Matters
We're creating a place where people learn investing without the intimidation. If you care about making finance accessible and can explain things clearly, we'd like to hear from you.
What We Actually Care About
Most financial education feels like it was written by robots for robots. We're trying to change that. Our approach is straightforward: take investing concepts that confuse people and make them clear.
We work with folks who've never invested before. That means patience matters more than showing off how much you know. And honestly? The best days here are when someone finally gets a concept they've been struggling with.
Our team is small enough that your work shows up directly in what we build. You're not filling out reports for people who fill out reports for other people. You're making things that students will actually use.

How We Work Here
We don't do the ping pong table thing. Instead, we focus on flexible schedules, quiet time to concentrate, and projects that finish rather than drag on forever.
Most of our team works hybrid. Come in when it makes sense, work from home when that's better. We have weekly team meetings, but they're short and useful rather than status update marathons.
Learning is part of the job. We set aside time for professional development because you can't teach investing well if you're not keeping up with how markets actually work.
And look, nobody here pretends to have all the answers. When we don't know something, we figure it out together or find someone who does.
What The Team Says
I came here after years in traditional banking. The difference? Here we're actually solving a problem instead of just selling products. Students trust us because we're honest about what works and what doesn't.
What surprised me most was how much input I have on curriculum design. They hired me for my teaching background, then actually listened when I suggested changes. The content we're building now is way better than what we started with.
I work with students daily, answering their questions and helping them through confusing concepts. It's genuinely rewarding when someone finally understands diversification or compound interest. Those moments make the job worthwhile.
